Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During sale periods, new collection launches, and festive seasons such as Diwali, Holi, and Eid, processing times may extend to 3 to 5 business days due to high order volumes.

 

2. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days, available across all serviceable PIN codes in India.

All delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner capacity, and other factors beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. The applicable threshold will be displayed on our website and at checkout. We do not add hidden shipping fees after your order is placed.


4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders within India. The following charges apply to COD orders and will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase:

COD Handling Fee - ₹49 per order (fixed, non-refundable)

Payment Processing Charges - An additional payment processing fee may apply depending on your order value and location. This will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Other Applicable Charges - Any applicable taxes, surcharges, or fees introduced by logistics partners or regulatory requirements will be reflected transparently at checkout. We will never add charges after your order is confirmed.

The total amount payable at the time of delivery will be clearly communicated to you in your order confirmation and shipping notification. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict COD availability on future orders from the same account or address.


5. COURIER & SHIPPINGPARTNERS

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.

Orders are dispatched through trusted courier services such as Shadowfax, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and other dependable delivery networks, based on your location and serviceability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details to stay updated on your delivery.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at thesijj@gmail.com.


7. FAILED DELIVERIES

Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to us. Common reasons for failed delivery include an incorrect address, no one available to receive the package, or refusal of delivery.

If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If you do not respond within 7 days, we may cancel the order. Refunds in such cases will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.


8. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your full delivery address including flat or house number, street, locality, city, state, and PIN code is accurate before placing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at care@thesijj.com. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated.


9. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partner issues, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.


10. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Packages - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thesijj@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Lost Packages - If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and building security first. If still unlocated, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner, which may take 7 to 14 business days to resolve.


11. PACKAGING

All orders are packaged securely to protect your items during transit. We are actively working towards more sustainable and eco-friendly packaging and will update you as we make progress.


12. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in one package or separately depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split. No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments.
